GERVIN LIGHT SPARKLING WINE YEAST GV10
This is one of the most popular wine yeasts in the world and is said to be involved in the production of 70% of Champagne.
We recommend this yeast for making sparkling wines, dessert wines and for restarting "stuck" ferments.
It ferments well at low temperatures, flocculates well and is an excellent choice for making white & rose table wines.
This 5gm sachet is sufficient for up to 23 Litres - simply sprinkle the contents of the sachet onto the surface of your brew.
