Harris Beer Brite will clear your beer quickly. Ideal for a fast beer turnaround. Not suitable for vegetarians. Empty the pot contents into half a cupful of cold water. Whisk with a fork for at least 1 minute to thoroughly mix. Cover up the cup and leave for 15 minutes. Whisk again.Barreling: Add direct to the barrel and stir.Bottling: Add to the fermentation bucket the day before bottling and gently stir.Suitable for 3 x 5 gallons of beer.
